We collect only what is required to verify your business and publish your digital identity.

Account information (name, email, phone) and business profile information you submit: business name, category, description, address, contact details, logo, gallery images, services, products and social links.
Payment verification data: the transaction reference and the payment proof image you upload. We never collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials.
To verify your business, review your application, generate your website, digital business card and QR code, manage your subscription, and provide support. Published business information is public by design because it forms your website and card.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Payment proofs are stored in a private bucket accessible only to you and platform administrators. Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorised staff.
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, storage, email delivery) or when required by law.
You may review and update your business profile at any time from your dashboard, request a copy of your data, or request account deletion by contacting support@clubofhub.com. Deleting your account removes your website, card and QR code from public access.
